Session Details:

Online and In person 

 

*     For adults age 18+

       Fee: 

*     Individual Psychotherapy (60 minutes: €60

This includes support for anxiety, low mood, life transitions, trauma, identity exploration, and general mental health concerns.

 

*     Eating Disorder–Informed Therapy (60minutes): €70

Eating disorder work involves additional specialist training, ongoing clinical supervision, and often collaboration with other healthcare professionals where appropriate. This fee reflects the complexity and responsibility involved in supporting clients experiencing disordered eating and body image distress.

My approach is trauma-informed, neuro-affirming, and grounded in compassion.
